Registration includes the conference program, lodging, all meals, and all transportation during the conference. It does NOT include transportation to and from the airports.
The Schiphol Airport (AMS) in Amsterdam hosts most major rental car companies and every 15 minutes, the train leaves for Rotterdam Central Station, which is a 10 minute walk to the hotel. The train takes about 50 minutes and costs about €12 each way. And the Rotterdam The Hague Airport (RTM) is only 6 km from the hotel so a taxi is the easiest option.
Lodging will be at the Hotel Rotterdam, Schiekade 658, 3032 AK Rotterdam [+31 10 466 3344] [http://www.hotel-rotterdam-city.nl]. Parking at the hotel is €15 per night and subject to availability.
